Wellness is an inside job. I believe your long-term goal of living on purpose is less important than your daily habits or rituals to help you create intentional results. Having recovered from burnout, I believe the key to living with intention is to reactivate your rest and digest mode and know your core values while making small incremental steps of progress.
In other words, I can teach you how to slow down your breath, mind, and heart rate to mindfully reactivate your parasympathetic nervous system with some simple exercises that are for everyone (even if you’ve forgotten your values or can’t touch your toes). I will teach you some gentle yoga, dynamic meditation, visualisation and breathing techniques. You can rinse and repeat the exercises that make you feel good once you have a solid foundation to choose from.
Wellness is a lifelong journey, not a final destination.
Good news: You don’t need to speak woo-woo, bend like a pretzel, or join an intimidating yoga studio to live in alignment with your values and future purpose. All you need is a yoga mat, internet connection and someone like me to give you the tools for a 30-day pick ‘n’ mix daily ritual to help retrain your nervous system (I’ll give you a beginner’s blueprint to tailor your practice at your own pace to suit your mood or the time of day).
